HPL constructs, maintains, and repairs distribution powerlines for electric utilities, municipalities, and private enterprise across, Saskatchewan, Manitoba BC and Alberta.

HPL constructs sub-transmission and transmission powerlines across Canada. With operations in Regina, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba and B.C., this department is a direct service provider to the customers within the operating region to construct high voltage transmission powerlines to our customers specifications.

HPL’s Underground Utilities Division plows and installs underground utility services for fibre-optic cabling and gas. Based in Saskatoon and Regina Saskatchewan, this division provides installation services for customers in private enterprise and public crown corporations.
